the energy system in mercur?

if we have a chance to build an electricity generation system in mercur, which one would be the best among the all energy generation systems? why?

1. Nuclear
(Pro: works anywhere and anytime, Con: pollution and can be heavy )
2. Solar (Pro: Almost no atmosphere, Con: works only if sun is available keep in mind that It is now known that Mercury rotates three times in two of its years. This a heck of a long day but then it becomes a heck of a long night.) So if you can move the solar collector to follow the sun you would have plenty of energy.
