I've gotten some frozen krill for my Orandas, is this a good snack and if so how often should they get it. Also I dont really understand the pea thing, I know you take out of pod but do I shell each pea I feed them? How often should they get thier "greens"?

Krill is a good snack for goldfish, but shouldn't be a major part of their diet.
When we speak of peas we mean green or english peas. Such as frozen or canned peas. Each has a thin but tough membrane on them and a very soft center. You only want to feed that very soft part. Feeding a goldfish some fresh vegetable several times a week is a good idea. I would say something around 4-5 times is good.

Goldfish don't know when to stop eating. Just feed them as much as they can eat in a few minutes. Feed them 2 times a day or so. As far as snacks go.. its just your preference. Lots of the foods we would consider snacks for them, like brine shrimp or blood worms are actually very good for them. As with the peas, they need to be cooked and skinned, with nothing on them, such as salt or oils. Goldfish are very prone to constipation and thats what the peas help with. You do need to shell each one because they cannot eat the skin, and it has no benefit for them. Be sure to remove any uneaten peas from the tank. They really spoil and leech into the water.

Yes just a frozen pea is a good idea, it helps in replacement of food for that day. Once a week a pea is a good green source for them.

You should feed your goldfish twice a day in small amounts.
Regarding th peas you should boil them and shell them and then feed them to your goldfish. you should feed your goldfish pees once a week
