A bouse that has sleeves. Or a little jacket. Or a cardigan.
Fashion does not matter, it is what looks GOOD on your type of build, your shape, and what you feel comfortable with.
Have you seen the tights some women wear who should NOT be seen dead in them? You choose what looks good on YOU, not what's the fashion. You can also set your own STYLE!

a shrug but I personally dont like them
get a baby doll dress from some vintage store
and some nice pumps

Try a jacket- there are so many varieties right now! Lace or velvet would be nice for formal wear.Denim or linen is more casual.

a shaw they just wrap over shoulder looks nice they come in a lace too or cotton with fringe
