Maybe because you have that look on your face sayin "huh". Nobody likes being judged. They only miffed because they think you're thinking freak.
Yeah some might be going for red or stawberry blonde and feel a little self concious. So what I do is have a blank expression on my face.
Everyone thinks they do but surprise surprise we don't. Don't get me wrong I slip, Alot. But thankfully i have family anf friends who point out my various facial expressions.
What to do when you face some visually interesting. Blank it and move on. You've got a mental picture look at that instead of staring.

Well i used to have my hair dyed platinum blonde with blue and green streaks and black tips i did it because i wanted to express my personality not for attention i didn't care one way or another it represented who i was at that time, the only time i got mad when someone looked was if i saw people laughing at me or giving me dirty looks like i was gonna rob the place or something. Other wise i didn't really care. I guess i felt that they were being disrespectful to who i was when they gave dirty looks or snyde comments cuz they judged before they got to know me.

lol well they want attention because they dye their hair those colors,...... no other reason than for attention or to make a statement which is also to get attention. and when you look at them, don't worry they always have that look on theor face =)

That's a good question I have wondered the same thing.. I mean they are obviously seeking attention so why do they get so upset when they get it??
