Can you do one thing that can help Earth. Perhaps picking up something simple like a plastic cup or wot not.

Be sure to Recycle your printer ink-jet cartridges and cell phones. Many communities have a "Recycle by Mail" program. The plastic mailing bags are free and no postage is required.
Recycling is my Schtick.
A long, long, time ago, I was a volunteer and the City's Recycling Center working the week-ends. I got to learn the whole operation of collections.
Now, we have house-side collection of Recycle-able goods. It has taken a very long time to implement but the results are encouraging.
Please Recycle, Reuse, and Redeploy.

I walk or ride bike anywhere I can... seriously
I have also volunteered to plant trees in sparce places
I also recycle whenever I can
and I still don't think I am doing enough

I honestly do this anyway. It sounds quirky that we need to remind each other that this small step will better our environment~ but, some people "honestly" need reminding.

i always do and i also use my own coffee cup at work so i don't have to use styrofoam cups and i recycle plastic and paper

we do all the time our neighbors are slob's,and when were on the river were forever picking up after liter bugs,on tribal land.

yep sure can people come by and throw thrash out beside my road so i end up cleaning it up because its very nasty looking.
