solar glare from tile floor bad for eyes?

I blanked out and just started to steer at the tile on my floor. The sun's light was beeming on it and was reflecting off it and i just stared at it . can this do damage to your eyes. I know if you look directly at the sun it does but what about reflections. I dont know how long i stared at it but probably longer than a minute

If it hurt you eyes, or they were watering or stinging, then I would say yes. If not, then probably not, but I am no eye doctor. This is really more of a medical question.
