It's difficult to come up with a theme without knowing anything about you and what you can do about school issues. First, you need to decide how your election to student president will impact the life of the school.
If you are planning to enact new programs after school, then you need a slogan to reflect that. If you are going to support a student tutoring program where senior students tutor younger students, your theme should reflect that. You should pick something that you can actually accomplish and that the administration would support.
That said, maybe something like "Students First" would work. Make sure that it reflects what you intend to do.
A meaningless catch phrase willl not help if it does not reflect your purpose for seeking this office. Let's see the Republican party said the Democrats were the "tax and spend" party.
Republicans hid the fact that they were the "spend, spend, spend" party.
After reading the other posts, I realized that this doesn't necessarily have to be about school issues. If you have strong feelings against the "invasion and occupation" of Iraq, perhaps you could focus on organizing student discussion and information about the war.
Why are we in Iraq?
How is the media handling events?
How many are being killed and injured?
How can we best protest or support the occupation?
Personally, I think that "school issues" should be your focus as student president. You can always organize student education about the "invasion and occupation of Iraq" independent of student council.

Depends what type of goals you have as student president. If you're looking to lead your student body into the new and unknown maybe John F. Kennedy and the "New Frontier".

It depends on general psychological climate of school.
Conservative-- then suggest incorporating getting credit card, canceling all dues and time spent on fund raising, as you take great class trips, have great proms and parties, as you stick next class with bill, and blame thous other people.
Liberal--guess what do the same thing.

If you want to make a career in politics, learn to lie early in life. Promise them the world, then forget all your promises after elected. That should work.

How about gun rights?
Students aged 18+ who have a valid CCW permit should be allowed to carry on campus. Maybe then a tragedy like Virginia Tech can be prevented in the future.
