I have a tank with guppies sucking loaches and a pair of Siamese fighters I'm thinking of adding a pair of angels and a pair of catsharks. Anyone know if its ok to mix them??? It's the angels I'm more worried about? It's a large tank so I', not woried about space either.

No worries, since you got the space sorted out, that settles for the catsharks since most cat shark fishes' primary problems are swimming space( They are an active bunch, mostly top dwellers)

Angelfish though graceful, are cichlids, which are strong fish which would be able to fend against any possible attacks that would surely deter attackers.

And though siamese fighters are known to be ''fighters'' in their own right, they do not attack other breeds of fishes except their own kind, when provoked.

So go ahead and add the new neighbours, enjoy your wonderful community tank!

That depends mostly on what fish you mean when you say catshark. Real cat sharks of course are marine fishes and obviously wouldn't work in a freshwater environment of in anything but the very largest of saltwater aquariums. It's really impossible to say how many of what would work without knowing how many fish you currently have and how large your tank is. Assuming you have the space, the angels should work in the tank over all.

I assume you know that the 2 bettas will eventually fight enough that one will die, right?

Add in a few details and maybe we can offer a little more assistance.

EDIT: The bettas still may eventually fight, although it being a male and female may limit this quite a bit. The catsharks are obviously some type of catfish and will probably out grow any but a quite large tank. If possible, try to find out what they are before buying so you can determine the adult size. Assuming the size of the catsharks isn't an issue, you shouldn't have a problem.
