Allergies are normal in this day and age.
Spinning if not deliberate and involuntary would be a mental problem I would think.
Sensitive is normal especially if you were born in March.
Talking Loud and repeating words or thoughts indicates brain cell damage and short term memory loss. Staring can be natural. A form of day dream or meditation.
Sounds like you should go to a psychiatrist to be checked out. Have you done drugs. Don't wait , go now!

When one cannot cope with life issues, this is the way of coping and responding to shut out the world and satisfy their inner being. a person that stares and go silent needs that someone to talk to them, it can alleviate the presenting problem or cause that someone trying to help to seek help for them or make someone else aware that this person needs help.
