100 Russian rubles = 3.88646848 U.S. dollars
if you meant Rupees it's:
100 Indian rupees = 2.38942917 U.S. dollars

If ever you want to convert something, Google has a nice conversion built in the search engine.

To do that just go to http://www.google.com
Type into the search 100 Rubles to Dollars
Hit enter and you're good to go!

Another example would be to enter 100 pounds to dollars or 10 dollars to Rubles, etc.

If you wanted to exchange that, Currency exchange usually is provided at your International Airport.

Hope this all helps and good luck!

Well 100 Russian Rules is equivalent to roughly US$3.88, but when you sell it at the foreign exchange counter you'll get less. There is a chance that your ruble banknote is from the Soviet Union(with the bust of Lenin on it), so if that's the case, then it's only valuable to the numismatic community. And that's also if the banknote is uncirculated; value about $0.25 to $0.50.
