I listened to him describing a "chicken plucking" factory and, once again, I had to ask myself "Why Does He Get on TV and Talk?"

You got your birthday candle compared to the sun analogy, but where light bulbs go, there are ultraviolet lights (dark lights). These still put out a lot of energy, though none of it is in the visible spectrum.

So there is black crepe paper. It does not reflect a lot of light, and I think that gets us closer. But in physics there is what is known as an ideal black body. This absorbs all radiation, and emits none of its own. I think we're looking at something a little closer to that, in terms of the sheer brilliance of the present administration.

These boys is sharp as marbles with large diameters. Or maybe they just met up with better marble players. Not just a few fries short of a happy meal, but an entire potatoe, patty, bun, and plastic toy.

Yes he is comical, but he's the Pres., not all people are good speakers, and you don't have to be a good public speaker to have good ideas of running a nation. Clinton was a very charismatic speaker, and people loved him for that, and that alone. He wasn't so great, he did nothing but embarrass the U.S. with that whole Monica thing. Well that's is what he is best known for, ask anyone. So, just enjoy President Bush's TV time!

He's clearly a poor public speaker, and as President of the US in the 21st century, that's unacceptable. As for smart, I've also read much of what he has written (maybe he had it written for him, but it did say "by George W. Bush") and its pretty brilliant. And during Vietnam when most candidates were washing out of fighter pilot training, he graduated. That took some smarts. Of course you could claim his daddy paid off some general to let him pass, but I don't think that was possible. It certainly isn't today.

It seems if his speech is scripted he does okay, but leave him unscripted and the Bushisms list gets added to.

Here is one of my favorites:

"I want to thank my friend, Senator Bill Frist, for joining us today....He married a Texas gir, I want you to know. Karyn is with us. A West Texas girl, just like me." GWB May 27, 2004 in Nashvill, TN.

Hmmmm I wonder... Nah Georgie isn't gay, or is he? Bwahaahaaa

No he isn't. What I don't get, is why he talks that way anyway?
His parents don't speak the way he does, and neither does his brother Jeb. So what gives? Maybe he was adopted.

He is a birthday cake candle in a pack of 5,000,000 candlepower search lights, and that is just when he was reading My Pet Goat.
