it took place yesterday 4.21.07.. Its a day long festival that takes place free for the public in Louisville, Waterfront park. There is a variety of activities one can do like check out latest Ford cars, check out the live entertainment, there is food & drinks. You can also enjoy viewing the many military aircraft from the Air Force and watch the air show that they have.. And finally at the end of the night you can watch the anticipated fireworks. Check out this direct website so you can see pictures and read more details about it.

Ashland Park in Clarksville Indiana is one in each of the most suitable position to be. From there you'll discover both barges, second street bridge, and the louisville skyline contained in the historic past of the fireworks truly seems cool.

Yes....much of the country knows what it is...FEW of us care about the opening season of the KY Derby.

In my neck of the woods, It's called "Thunder On The Water". We use speedboats, not horses/planes.

Thunder on/in is not exclusive to Louisville, KY. Although it is equally boring in all venues.

Question is...Why would I lend support to the "Sport of Kings" can they not afford their own way now? Must they seek outside monies to continue their way of life?

Here's a question for you. HAVE YOU EVER driven through the neighborhoods on the NE side of Lexington to see the personal homes of some of these breeders?

Bill Gates, would be considered beneath these people...but his money would be welcome, all the same.

aren't you around a tornado watch/warning?

otherwise, I'd have to say it's thunder.

am I not understanding your question?

Oh, just read the other postings. An air show...got it. Sorry about the dumb answer then.
