Hmmm...I have to have the right person to tell some things to, as you well know...that takes years sometimes, and then it all comes spilling out like a big ol' verbal vomit.

I try to keep it bottled up inside me but when it gets too much then I go and talk to a trusted family member or a friend. I think it's better to talk to some1 coz even though they may not be able to help u, it just makes u feel better having shared the problem.

I would much rather talk about an issue...but I do tend to keep certain things bottled up!

I'd rather talk about it. I used to keep things bottled up when I was younger. That never did me a bit of good.

I talk about what is bothering me, I get it out so I can feel better. It is not healthy to keep things bottled up inside for long. =)

It matters what issue it is, and also, it's someone's personal nature to keep things bottled up or to talk about them.

I'd rather talk about and issue and deal with it. That's what a counselor is for. I will never fully trust anyone else,other than my husband and a counselor, with any real issues I have. I did that and got seriously burned. One mistake I won't be repeating.

I would prefer to talk because keeping it bottled up never helps Or solves anything. So clarity & transparency is always desirable...

it depends on what kind of issue it is but i usually keep it bottled up inside ( I know you shouldn't do that but i don't know who i should tell)
