From what ive read about Jessica and Nicks divorce Jessicas Dad Joe Simpson had a lot to do with the breakup of their marriage. Daddy Joe was always interfering in Nick and Jessicas marriage. There were some tension between Nick and Joe Simpson. Joe Simpson was very controlling and all. Jessica seems like to me she wasnt quite ready for marriage and daddy dearest played a part in the rest

The reason for the break up is actually in one episode of Newlyweds.
Jessica went to the toilet and stank the entire mansion out with a giant ****. Nick walked into the bathroom and their relationship basically ended there and then. He could never look at her in the same way again.

I believe it was Jessica's fault. I think Nick was ready to settle down and have children but she is too selfish and immature.

Nick was always soo nice to her and cared about her soo much and she was always a spoiled little bit*h. I feel soo bad for Nick he really loved her and I bet he still does. The song "What's left of me" makes me feel so sad for him :-( Anyway she ruined his life.

the two considered one of them broke up over a can of rooster of the sea And its contents over which led to them each and every to strongly disagree. Nick pronounced he develop into little doubt specific it develop into tuna, as in "Sorry, Charley" and "Bumble Bee", together as Jessica puzzled why any rooster could like the sea for its residency?!! unluckily, Nick and Jessica the two ended up hungry, and not purely for a sandwich yet in addition for the belief their love develop into over and necessary to "unhitch" ...

Tabloids kept coming up that he was cheating. Not sure if he actually was, but shortly after all that, they split. It was sad for me, I liked watching their show :(
