I'm writing an essay on bus drivers. I need some ideas.?

I'm writing an essay for my english class, that bus drivers do not get away with bad performances, especially when its caught on cameras since they dont receive annual reviews.

I wrote that cameras are used for security. they are known as working toward moral good but not always. also how getting caught on cameras is evidence.

I need some more ideas to write about it. I can't think of any

i don't mean school buses. more like public transportation.
