Actually it feels like I had to face blockades, barriers, and warfare! But, yes. I do feel like it made me a better person, though I'm still healing. I feel I've grown immensely from it.

I call painful periods of my life ‘growing pains’ because the greatest improvements I've achieved has occurred at those times that hurt like hell!

It is through pain that we connect (or disconnect... our choice) to each other. That is how compassion and empathy are born! We understand pain only if we've experienced it.

Yes absolutely. And those obtacles dont always melt away after a week or a month or a year! And yet you just keep trying and eventually it dawns on you, you're THERE!!!! And you look back and cant believe ti was n't as hard as it seemed or as it looked when it was all in front of you.

But I guess that's just something each of us have to experience for ourselves. I know a liot of the obstacles in my way were so big to me that I often felt like quitting. And when I would talk to people about them, they would always tell me "YOU CAN DO IT!" to which i woudl ALWAYS rreply Yeah yeah! Thats easy for you to say, you just don't know.

So I dont expect anyone to really listen to me, but its true you really can overcome your obstacles. In fact that is why God lets them be there, so you can OVERCOME them!

Wow this is an interesting question!! I love collecting quotes!! If someone asks me what I collect-- it is quotes! I have many and include them on my vision board. Realize that success comes from opportunistic bold moves which by definition cannot be planned. F Ross Johnson I love this quote because sometimes when I start to overthink things, I go back to this quote and take one day at a time. "The important thing is not to stop questioning" ~ Albert Einstein I ask a lot of questions and I am not afraid to say that. Ironically, the most successful people ask the most questions and fail the most. Men often hate each other because they fear each other; they fear each other because they don't know each other; they don't know each other because they can not communicate; they can not communicate because they are separated. Where there is the greatest love, there are always miracles. •Willa Cather This is a very true quote because LOVE IS POWER. Faced with problems and disappointments, many people will try to escape from their responsibility: escape in selfishness, escape in sexual pleasure, escape in drugs, escape in violence, escape in indifference and cynical attitudes. But today, I propose to you the option of love, which is the opposite of escape. * Pope John Paul II He was an amazing person full of wisdom. The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen nor even touched, but just felt in the heart. Helen Keller I also play sports so I value this quote as well Show class ,have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself. Coach Bryant Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you respond to it. Lou Holtz THis quote is very powerful because it empowers you to your own destiny.

Yes! I've over come sooo much. It's made me a stronger person, a wiser person, and ultimately a better human being. I'm grateful for all the challenges I've had to face, I wouldn't trade it for anything. ;)

for a long time I fought myself over the things I've been through.I almost lost that fight but then I got pregnant and had my daughter. She saved me...She healed me... She taught me how to let go of a horrible past and look to the future and I'm a better person because of her not because of what I went through.
