Since its an older car it's probably coming on because of low oil pressure.

could be a bad oil sending light sensor, have the oil pressure checked to make sure it's ok with a good oil pressure gauge.

most likely low oil pressure. have it checked for true oil pressure since your car just has dumby lights.

Might be idling too low thus causing low oil pressure.

The computer has not reset since the oil change. If you do not know how to reset it, have someone do it for you. If this does not correct the issue, you may have another problem.
