Speaking as both a professional director and photographer, photos one and four are acceptable as a starting place, but are not where they need to be.
They are lovely images, and you are a beautiful young lady, but the lighting and formatting are wrong. Here's what you need:
Your images should look like you. I know this sounds obvious, but you'd be amazed at how many people overedit their pictures. If I'm using your headshot to try to remember you from an audition and it looks nothing like you do in real life, then I will have a hard time placing you and may just drop you into the discard stack. Harsh, I know, but reality. Also, if you get a call for an audition based on your appearance and you show up looking way different, I'm gonna be upset. (This also applies to updating your headshots whenever you change your look, and at least every six months, especially with all the maturation you're experiencing at your particular age.) If you have to wear glasses and contacts are not an alternative, you should wear them in the shot. Also, pay attention to placement of shadows in your shots. Is a shadow making your nose seem bigger? Smaller? Obsuring your face in any way? Then ditch that image.
Second, black and white has long been the standard for headshots, and is still important, but more and more agents are asking for full color prints. Be prepared to give both.
Third, it is a headshot. A HEAD shot. Your images should be much closer cropped, showing just your face and perhaps some of your shoulders. You want your beautiful face to fill the frame as much as possible. A 3/4 body shot is also good to have, but should not be used as your primary headshot.
Fourth- let your personality show through in your pictures. I like to get a sense of who I'm going to be hiring through their pictures.
And finally, plan your wardrobe to accentuate your face, not your high fashion sense. Avoid busy prints like the plague and let the focus remain on you.
I know that this is a lot to hit you with, but they're all important things to know. A good photographer is expensive, so you want to get it right the first time.

You really need something close up of your face, smiling. And a 3/4 body shot would be good too. Check out examples on photographers websites. Many of them have examples of actors headshots that you may be able to copy if you're a do it yourself-er. The focus and lighting also need to be much more crisp on your face and features. Your eyes should really stand out everything else on your face should be clear and at least mostly forward. You're a beautiful girl, good luck!

nicely, it extremely is incredibly no longer the main suitable high quality. Whoever photographed it for sure wasn't a occupation for lots of motives: undesirable high quality, and undesirable spacing. There could decide to be extra head area interior the image (white room above the pinnacle), and bigger area on the backside (coach extra of your physique), because of the fact the way this image is photographed makes the finished composition seem cramped and cozy. there's a reason the orientations are called "portrait" and "panorama," in actuality the comparable dimensions became distinctive techniques. Your headshot is slightly a portrait, because it extremely is for sure no longer long sufficient -- so the pinnacle room and room on the backside is somewhat significant to convalescing this. yet, for sure, especially you like a extra useful high quality image interior the 1st place. i do no longer understand if the digicam replaced into undesirable, or if the photographer replaced into merely too close to to you or zoomed in too lots, however the image replaced into actually cramped and blurry/messy. i think of the lights might desire to have messed with the common of the image as nicely.

They are all great photos but probably not good ones to send to an agent. You look amazing, but for head shot's you'll want to go with a more plain look. You'll want to avoid a lot of jewlery, and make-up, and defenatly look at the camera. Directors and agents want to see what you look like without the make-up.
Your pictures do look great though.

I think the first one would be the best, if it were more closely cropped, and showed more of your face. Otherwise, they are beautiful shots---just maybe not quite right for headshots specifically.

They're not bad at all. However they are not good headshots.
If an agent signs you they will want you to get new ones. But what you've got is good enough to send out.

They are nice photos but not good enough to be headshots.

you don't have to smile, but you need to focus on your actual face. try looking at the camera, too.
