me too. when i was a kid i like helping my mum slicing em and i would eat some, but that was before my mum bough those 'fresh' ugly black ones ..ewwww

Nope, the only time I eat mushrooms is when it is Cream of the Mushroom soup.

I eat fresh mushrooms all the time. Canned mushrooms are shite. Go for the fresh.
Baby bellas are my favorite.

not raw or uncooked, no and mostly, i buy fresh ones anyway. but i keep jarred or canned ones in the pantry for emergency back up if need them in a dish. i add fresh garlic and salt and pepper and love them. i saute them up and also i use them in long grain wild rice as a side dish. mushrooms are great.
