I am sure there are plenty of places to go if you are looking. Just ask any hotel concierge and they will be able to help (or the bell staff). Cab drivers get paid bonuses for dropping off at certain clubs so don't count on honest answers from them.
I can tell you in my first stay in Vegas last year, I never in my life had seen so many beautiful women per square mile. Most of them are legit workers who will not be looking to do you any favors though, so don't get your hopes up! Enjoy and be safe! good luck!
