that includes the amount of times it takes???

There's no average - someone needs to network 2 computers, someone - 200. You can use Windows server, you can use Linux server - amount of time is very different.

I suggest you call a few companies in your neighborhood and get real quotes.

Most network pros charge depending on the competition in the area. So in some areas that labor will be lower than others. It appears that within the US network setups from pros will run from about 75-125/hr.

Wiring is often done "by the drop" and around $75-100 / drop seems to be within the norm. Again depends on where you are located.
