I think so.
One day I stopped beside a fire hydrant to rest.
It asked me if I was a dog,I thought it was joking so I said yes.
It took off in a panic up between two houses it had to be an alien,what else could it be?
Yes I guess I have talked to an alien. Honest!
It had to be from another planet to take on that disguise!

specific, even nevertheless this is in many circumstances because of the fact I say some thing very weird and wonderful. or basically one thing that all and sundry else thinks yet no person has the heart to assert. and that i blurt it out. Then they seem at me humorous. Then they typically positioned their heads down and stroll away. i come across some form of humor in it.

Not really.
And i'm not sure i could even if i met them. First of all they'd have to be intelligent enough to have evolved language.
Secondly even if they had evolved language they wouldn't really speak any language currently present earth (much less English like in star trek!!!)
