Hendrix - (though he wasn't left handed he still played that way.)

Without a doubt the best left-handed---better yet all time great is Jimmy Hendrix.

umm jimi hendrix (and yes he actually was left handed). He restrung a right handed guitar and played it upside down.
I think he would play a bass right handed though when he picked them up.
