Ideally, the Sixers would like to get a star player from the draft. But which team would be willing to trade away high picks in this draft? If that happens, the team would essentially be trading away Oden/Durant for two mediocre players, and that's never going to happen. Everyone who has the top picks will keep them.
With this draft as deep as it is, if the Sixers don't get the first/second pick there's still a good chance that they can find a good center/PF not named Oden or Durant, such as Hibbert, Horford, Noah, Yi Jianlian, Hawes, etc.
Also, the 3 first round picks could help the Sixers with roster depth. It's hard to make the playoffs when you're relying on Rodney Carney to give you minutes off the bench.

The Sixer's are in the lottery, first they should hang on to all 3 picks, till the results of the lottery are known. If they don't wind up with one of the first 2 picks, then they may want to trade two of their picks to move up in the draft. If they decide to keep all of their picks, they should wind up with some good players, perhaps, trade 2 of them AFTER their pick selections, to teams that had a desire or need for the players they chose.

If I have 3 1st round picks , I would keep them, unless there is a definite opportunity that by moving up would create a better advantage because the Sixers need help on the inside game.
I think by having these 1st round picks has created a golden opportunity to move forward in the near future.

If I'm the Philadelphie 76ers I wouldn't trade any of my first round picks simply because the 76ers need help all over the board and can get 3 quality players who can help them out.

1984 NBA Draft Olajuwon, Jordan, Barkley, and Stockton are all contained in the NBA corridor of recognition. LeBron and Wade WILL make it in some unspecified time sooner or later yet I doubt Bosh or perhaps Carmelo will make it to the corridor of recognition. BQ: 1984

Yes they should... a guy like durant or oden can change a franchise... esp the 76ers... a guy like daequan cook later in the first rd or mike conley jr (just throwing out example names).. are decent players but they probably wouldnt turn a franchise around at least in the short run

they'd have to find someone at the top of the draft to trade with. I doubt whoever is at the top would pass on Oden and Durant.

Yes. There are some good young talent after Durant & Oden. They might get a good pick.
