Depends on the rules of your household.
When you turn 18, you will be able to choose what you do and where you go. But if your family is important to you and it is not a choice to go to church, you may have to suffer a little longer.
Keep a journal of your questions and ask them to your parents and chucrch leaders. Agnostics don't necessarily not believe, they simply are looking for a way of knowing God beyond the hearsay of church worship. Perhaps you will find what you are looking for by serving your fellow man or by creating art or hiking across Europe or by studying religion in college or whatever.

I don't know what is your age, but if you are under legal maturity age (17, 18, or 21 years old depending on the prevailing law), you are still under your parents' control and responsibility.
But if you are, let's say, 25, you HAVE TO decide yourself, where are you going to. Your parents cannot decide for you anymore, even if you want to! But remember, for every decision you must pay the price.
Well, I am a Christian but now I can't tell you good things about Christianity, because you won't believe anyway. One thing I want to tell you, we are in a very long journey for the truth. My journey is not the same as yours. Some people haven't even made up their minds in their 30s. Sometimes we can be trapped in a swamp, sometimes take the wrong turn. But don't give up, keep searching. Ask somebody who knows. For me, years ago if I didn't knew something, I would ask my mentor or my pastor, even 'nasty' things! At the end of the day, it's me who should decide whether to accept or to refuse the advice. Read good books. I wish some day your Creator will find you....

My parents used to force me to go. I never believed any of it for a second! If you are under 18, you have to do what you are told, but the day you turn 18, then you can become your own person and accept your own beliefs. I have chosen the Wiccan religion. In it, you learn that whatever you do comes back to you 3 fold. If you are a good person and you help others, then you will recieve that in return. If you are a bad person and harm others, that is returned as well. I can't tell you what the right religion is or if there is even a god. Look for the answers within yourself and explore your options.

If you're a minor you may not have a choice.
Couldn't you take some innocent school project with you to church and sit and do a report while the others are doing their thing? Would that make your parents angry?
How about trying to dissect the teachings of the Bible and look at what God really demands to be part of his worship?
For example, mistreating the poor, the foreigners, the fatherless, God considered a breach of worship!
What then does the worship of God mean?
You can do this intellectually!

Personally, I'd recommend being 'true to yourself'. You do have a duty to yourself to be who you are and do what personally gives you satisfaction to your life. Either you find a way to get 'meaning' from going to church.....or you choose another option. Eitherways, it always makes sense to find meaning in whatever you do. And religion I feel, is a personal thing. One should not be pressuring the other to go if they don't want to. Be gentle with your parents, and you can always let them know how you feel, without demeaning their religion. Afterall, they are doing their duty as a parent, and want your good, and want to guide you towards being a good human being, no matter what.

Only if your parents make you. And since your an agnostic...It might be ideal to go to church and learn more about the Christian God...and i know agnostic means the questioning of whether a god exists, but it might be ideal so you can learn more and maybe you can answer your question of whether a god exists.
I am a Christian.

Well, this falls under the category of one of those, "As long as you're living under my roof" things, unfortunately.
Your parents could force you to go as a stipulation of your living there and being supported by them. Hopefully they won't do that, but they could.
If you do have to go, try wearing ear plugs! ^_^
