When you go to bed do you..........?

go straight to sleep or do something else, watch tv , read etc?!

Or do you do something else a little more active!

I watch television for hours. I usually don't get to sleep until 1 or 2, sometimes 3. I like watching Nick at Nite (Roseanne reruns) and The First 48 on A&E.

well if there is something on my mind ill b up for hours and not sleep at all but usually just do something until i fall asleep, etc. music book, tv, draw etc

kinda, i wander around and make sure everything is just right. my closet door has too be closed but the bathroom door is open. the air humidifier is on my cat is in the room and has food. my glasses won't fall of the table and there is always a book or three under them. i can't sleep if i don't

i can never go straight to sleep, i either gie my partner a cuddle and watch tv until i fall asleep snuggled up to him OR if im on my own i watch tv and doze off

I used to try to read.. but by the time I get to bed sometimes now I'm too shattered and never get the chance to anymore.. I have 3 books I'm in the middle of now and I'm lost! lol
