i think he`s just one of the lucky few to have a very fast metabolism...but, if u look closely at his face, u can definitely see what toll the drugs & his lifestyle have had on him...i met him at a bar in atlanta about 10 years ago, & when i first took a look at him, i thought he was just some drunk!!! & i`ve been an iggy fan for years!!!

He's a bit strange looking, but he's not a freak of nature. He more than likely has a "fast" metabolism. Same as Mick Jagger and a few others. Plus most lead singers move around a great deal on stage...some walk more than a couple of miles before the concert is over. And like many others in his field, he probably works out. Exercising keeps the body in shape.
