I always seem to need to hang out with one friend before the other ones.
it seems that my one friend "recharges my batteries" and after I hanng with her for a good period of time, if i saw her later, it would be too much...like it would be extraneous..too much..like
we both need breaks.
but my other two friends..i could see them the same next day and not be a problem.

Well, i had a best friend and we could hang out every day and not get sick of each other. She used to come at 3 am and wake me up, during that time i needed a break) So i got a job and she got a B/F and she was so far stuck up his as* that you didn't know where he started and she ended. But i always missed her, so she got a job and her work was 30 secs away from my house, and i was always there for her, when she needed help, but she never bothered to stop by and say "hey how's it going". I always asked why doesn't she have the decency to stop by and say hi, and i was told people change...i think it's a shame sometimes to loose a good friend

Maybe this one friend has more energy than you like to expend. Some people are more mellow and relaxed and some like to keep busy busy busy. She can be fun and exciting, but there needs to be a break time from all the energy.

I know what you mean. Some people are great in their own way, but they can wear your nerves out! I know exactly what you mean! Why does it happen? Because we can only give so much of ourselves before we need again. Some people are givers, and some are takers, other still are givers/takers at the sametime.
