I know it's good for soothnig aches & pains of sore muscles, but are there are medicinal purposes for Tiger Balm?

Yes, Tiger Balm also works on baby rashes and severe dry skin. It can act as an ointment and pain reliever of some relief. I hope this is helpful.

Is healing of pain in muscles and joints, healing of headaches etc. not medicinal? To that extent, you are avoiding aspirn, paracetamol etc.

Its for aching muscles, rub it in but not too much as it will burn!

It is a great psychological aid, but doesn't have much real impact. try Ibuprofen or Aspirin instead.

But, it SMELLS great, aye?
