What's with this "Officer reporting" guy, He is new, and hasn't quite got the hang of answers yet, has he?
This is a good play on words, children wouldn't understand it, but he is making himself into the Yahoo! Police, any more and all the best, funny and controversial contributors will all get fed up and leave!

Personally, when preparing a meal, I prefer a higher quality selection of meat so as not to facilitate the need to beat it.

Tenderising, if its meat for human consumption...
Or id call it a service to humanity if the meat in question was a socialist or liberal democrat, in which case id use a mallet or a 10lb sledge.

Chicken? Should be more gender specific. Male chicken.
It's not really beating as in bashing or something like that, I gather. Maybe some people do. Not me. Anyway, my guess is that it's like a friendly punch, or slap or stroke.
No. I wouldn't do it for you. You have your own hands.
