What do you mean..."we'd be seriously endangered", I thought we already were!!! How's your savings account doing? Notice the federal/state/county/local municipality taxes dropping like a stone. I mean buying a vehicle today is like taking out a mortgage for a house twenty years ago, & the property taxes are almost non exsistent due to massive cutbacks in the public pork barrel spending programs. RIGHT! But the buying power of the dollar is what impresses me the most due to our dollar being backed by .999% PURE copper!!! I mean like it only costs six-seven dollars for a pack of smokes or about the same for a burger, fries & drink. And the dropping petroleum prices, down to 3.00$-3.50$ a gallon really helped on dropping interstate trucking/shipping costs!!! If all else fails we still have the federal reserve to balance our elected officials over spending habits through inflation! Check out the libertarian party if your tired of gettin"straped on like a gas mask". It's the only realistic chance of respite I can see against the democratic republican party.

I knew Clinton was a mistake the first time he was elected, but that is the way people voted. I just had to live with mistake after mistake. When he was elected a second time, I looked around at people in my everyday life from a different perspective, not knowing how each voted. I came to the conclusion that many people vote in a way that most likely will benefit them economically with the least amount of effort on their own part.

America faces danger regardless of who is power. People are misguided who think Bush's policies have made America safer - the terrorists can see America is now stretched to the limit and bogged down in lraq/Afghanistan. He has made America more hated in the Muslim world and made bin Laden's twisted philosophies more popular.

Also, remember that the worst terror attacks have happened under Republican presidents (the marines in Lebanon, the Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, 9-11) - l'm not blaming them, but this disproves claims that America's enemies are somehow emboldened when a Democrat is in power.

No. Not because I don't think that Democrats have a dangerous foreign policy, because they do. More to the idea that we as Voting citizens have never allowed one party to stay in complete power long enough to ruin our nation. We seem to balance it all out. If a Rep. is in the white house we will eventually have Dem's. control the Congress. It works both ways and we do seem to continue to vote for a balance of power.

Whoever is in the whitehouse America is in danger. Both parties consist of self-serving egomaniacs who will do anything, ANYTHING they like and blame someone else if it goes wrong. Both parties promote bipartisanship, both parties are corrupt and both parties differ only on core issues that to be honest don't really matter. Who cares if you're allowed to own a gun when the environment is screwed. Who gives a damn if abortion is legal if there are children starving to death in Africa while America throws away more food than many countries grow. Neither party cares more than superficially on issues that genuinly would make a difference.

Yes, I think so. I believe if a Liberal wins the White House, and I am speaking of Hillary, by the way, not Obama, she will tear the USA apart, from what we now know as freedom. She wants to take our freedoms away. She is a Socialist. She will have the power, where she didn't before, with her husband in office, to change our medical care to leave the American citizens without choice of their doctor, and without choice of when to see their doctor. She wants National ID cards for our citizens, not for our benefit, but to watch what we do, the better to control us. A Socialist government controls the people, not the people control the government, as our forefathers fought and died for. Obama doesn't know what the heck he is doing. He is ignorant of politics, (only having two years in Congress) votes party-line, because of that ignorance, and if anyone is a puppet, he will be! He doesn't allow any national forum to speak with him, or ask him any questions! He runs on a "I am an innocent good guy" attitude. I want to ask him questions, about what he plans for America! But how can I ask him, if Fox News isn't allowed, or any other media based program. Hillary denied an interview with any media as well. She only does press conferences, and if you listen to her, you will be able to see she is ALL WRONG for America, too. I want to be free, so I consider myself very lucky to have been born in the USA, but now I am finding that I must keep fighting for the freedoms our forefathers already fought and died for. I beg America, please don't elect this Monster, and let her take the ONE thing that made this country, great, and what it is today. American freedom.
It is too soon to say what I will do about it, if a Liberal takes the White House, but I do know the very first thing I will do is cry.

Call Democrats what they are- socialists.

If the socialists get in the whitehouse, like they did in USSR before WWII, would we be in trouble?

If the Democrats get in the whitehouse they will run the government. They can do whatever they want, without opposition.

What we really need is a third party President.

No

We survived Jimmy Carter, and Bush Has there been any other Democrat presidents since Johnson.

I like the RedStater President, Blue Collar House and balanced Senate combination. It make Government work.

If Bush was a Redpublican and not a lift wing autocrat things would be working in Government.
