There are two known methods to lucid dream. one is consent thought programing which means you spend a few hours before you go to sleep thinking about it. or forced memory programing which is making a looped recording and sleeping with headphones on so you constantly hearing sounds of the way you wish the dream to go.
However there is no real way to control your entire dream while you are asleep, or no way of knowing your within a dream without soon waking up. meaning once you realize your in a dream the mind will wake up.

I am an MD. No one has ever been able to really figure out what dreams are for, much less control them or manipulate them. Several things are true about dreams, however. 1) Only mammals dream, as far as we know, based on EEG readings done during sleep. 2)mammals, including humans, go insane if prevented from dreaming. 3)We go through 3-4 dreams per night's sleep, but we only remember those dreams that we wake up in the middle of. (In other words, we don't remember the vast majority of our dreams.) 4)We dream about those things that we are worried about, or that are on our minds during our waking hours.
So, to answer your question, if you want to have a sexual dream, then you really need to be thinking sex, sex, sex while you are awake, and you need to have a strategy for waking up in the middle of your dream, so you will be able to remember it. I have heard one dream researcher say that having his subjects drink a huge amount of water just before bed was fairly effective, since the need to urinate will invariably wake you up during a dream. I hope this helps.
P.S. I think you might enjoy the book "My Secret Garden" by Nancy Friday. This is the first book of a series of books on women's sexual fantasies that she has published. I found it extremely entertaining. It is available on Amazon and many local bookstores.
