april 30 is not a holiday in the Philippines but it is on May 1 which is holiday as Labor Day. However, if you are referring to holiday as non-working day in the company you are working at, that would depend on the discretion of the company's manager. Sometimes, the President would be the one to decide on this matter so you will have to wait until April 29 for the final decision.
It is also the birthday of my sister Teresita.
