Regardless of 9/11, America should ALWAYS be careful who we elect as our President. When we vote out of fear or extremist conservative values (which have no place in politics), we end up in a mess like we are in now.

Well, I think we should elect someone who isn't a member of the Skull and Bones secret society. Before you idiots start screaming that my knowledge of the organization is proof that it's not secret, that's not what I mean. The organization's agenda is what's secret. John Kerry and George Bush are members, admittedly. We need someone who isn't a pawn of the military-industrial complex. We need someone who won't facilitate false-flag attacks, like 9/11, as a premise to expand corporations' profits, as well as the size and funding of the military.

I do not feel that it was George Bush's fault that the attack on 9-11 happened but I do feel we must be careful. Bush's plan to stop terrorism, obviously failed due to all of the violence we are experiencing. A powerful, SMART, leader would be able to carefully find the right decision.

Certainly! Dubya is a perfect example of that. Had people taken the time to find out his track record and his policy of hiding all his official actions from public scrutiny before he was installed in the White House, he would never have garnered enough votes to make that possible. Then we wouldn't be in the current mess in Iraq. Nor would the country be in hundreds of billions of dollars of debt.

Yes We had better elect someone willing to go after these terrorist the way Bush has. We do not need some ACLU liberal who does not want us listening in to a phone call to a known terrorist over seas. We might violate his rights ! Bush is making sure we violate him, right between the eyes.

It should be careful in its use of foreign policy. However, we have had terror under every modern president no matter what their platform. Thus I don't think it should be the entire running platform.
