This doesn't make a lick of sense.

What he said was a demand. The only ones capable of agreeing to a demand (which would more correctly be "consent") are those the demand is made to, and as I am not an ape, that wouldn't be me.

A statement of fact can be agreed to by people not involved, such as ourselves, but the only statements of fact in the clip are the presuppositions that the demand is based upon.

One is that the individuals in question are apes, and this I do agree with. They did appear to be apes.

However, they didn't look particularly dirty to me, and whether or not their paws stunk is a matter of personal opinion. I suspect that Heston didn't actually have personal knowledge, and was making a point about how irritated he was at the time by saying so.

Anyway. I'm not sure what your question is, and I'm not sure you know, either.
