The answer is 4.3*10(-3). The zeros after the decimal point just 'hold the spot', so to speak.

seventy 8.3 * 10^3=78300 you progression decimals for in spite of the tens means is to. If its destructive you progression it any different way. (ie78.3*10^-3=.0783) sixty seven.009*10^3 you may write as 67000. zeros dont count extensive type for Sig figs, and you cant around to 67100.

I think it is 4.28 * 10 to the negative third power?? im not sure..but i just did scientific notation yesterday..so hope its right..

I'm fairly certain that it's 4.3 x 10^(-3).
