People say the standards I set are too high. I admit they're right, but if you wanna have a successful life, you have to have a dream which is high for most of the people. That's why it's called "dream" anyway. And since everything starts with a dream, I think setting high standards for yourself brings happiness as long as you work hard to make your dreams come true.

For running my household, absolutely. There are 3 males here- I have to have high standards just to get acceptable standard results!

that's a very good question!! I never thought about if my standards were high or not. But looking at my to-do list, which I have accomplished nothing so far... :)... then, I have to say yes, they are!!!

Very. I was very lonely for a long time. I was almost ready to lower them. Then I met the girl who not only met them, but raised my standards. I'm holding on tight to her.

way too high. i need to work on that. unless things are perfect, i'm never happy. and i am very strict on who i'll go out with / who i'll be friends with....
