You should sell it to a coin dealer or collector, not to a bank or a pawn shop. 1923 Peace Dollars are made of silver with 90% fineness, and in worn condition, they are worth about $14 market value. But that's if you buy, coz when you sell dealers will pay you a few dollars less. It's a common date and price retails the same for circulated 1923 dollars from all 3 mints(Philadelphia, San Francisco and Denver).

Coind dealer or better a yard sale. It doen't have much value being in the worn state.
