We will look different. Maybe not a whole lot, the way our limbs function seem to be a pretty good configuration, but we will be very different and think very different. We might be a whole new species with Homo Sapiens gone extinct. Homo Sapiens, us, is only about 275000 years old so 1 million years would leave room for a whole lot of evolution.

We sure looked different a million years ago, so probably, yes. Over the last few hundred years alone< man has become taller and less stocky, and this trend seems to be proceeding, so again probably yes. Man is affected by his environment as well, and since man is changing the planet as time goes by, the environment will also change, thus further changing man, so again yes.

Since he will have been dead for over 999,000 years, I imagine he won't be looking too good.
