No. At the library I only have an hour and at an internet cafe generally I only have 30 minutes before hey start charging me about 13 cents/ min. I have learned to watch my time closely.

Absolutely. I go on just to check my email and to see my stats and I end up taking a peek at polls and surveys and then I'm on for hours!
