No. The NBA does not reseed the teams after the first round, like the NHL does. The Detroit/Orlando winner gets the Miami/Chicago winner, while the Cleveland/Washington winner gets the Toronto/New Jersey winner.
Out west, the Dallas/Golden State winner gets the Houston/Utah winner, while the LA Lakers/Phoenix winner gets the Denver/San Antonio winner.
