What is the girl's strength? What weight/pounds pull can she handle? What is her draw length? Are you looking for a longbow, recurve or compound bow. Would need more info.

i'm 13, 5'6'', and 116 lbs. So, i could think of a hundred and twenty is primary. the main important length she would be able to placed on is -what- a 2? this is tiny! i think of she's the perfect weight. the guideline to circulate by is once you placed on greater than a length 8.

It might be just slightly out of her draw length. I might suggest the 54'' Spirit: http://www.thecrossbowstore.com/Spirit-Jr-54-Youth-Take-Down-Bow-p/sr-szxl54r16.htm

but if you had your heart set on the 62'' I think this would be a better deal: http://www.thecrossbowstore.com/Beginner-62-Take-Down-Bow-p/sr-szxl62r26.htm

Hope this helps. Try them out and you will be able to make the final call.
