The only way I believe I could be happy is to start charitable organizations...In the U.S. and all over. But that is the way I think we are here for...to help others. If I was "Oprah" rich I would build women and children shelters. And some drug rehabs in countries that need them. I would have to become selfless.

I have all the needful things, and many of the "I wants". I try not to take for granted all (and there are so many) of the things that contribute to my daily comfort and convenience. Some are the more obvious ones like indoor plumbing and running hot and cold water, and the ability to go to the grocery store and purchase food in the easy preparation form we can now find them. The household gadgets that make everything so much easier than our grandmothers and great grandmothers ever had it. -- but also the many things that we take so much for granted...... like not having any kind of painful or degenerative disease. Like having two good eyes and ears, and a pair of good feet to g et around on. The love of good friends, having good neighbors, having a wonderful husband, and above all the thing that so many many many people who live in this country take way too much for granted...... freedom.
Yes, I have all that I want, and need. I am happy, and I appreciate it all very much.

i think of everybody feels that way each and every now and then. It comes from the innate understanding that finally, the circle will come finished 'around, that the different shoe will drop, and so on. even with the undeniable fact that it extremely is significant to delight in the reliable moments as they arrive, in view that's what is going to make existence livable. think of how depressing you would be if all you ever predicted replaced into extra misery! And besides, each and every now and then, all it takes is to be content fabric with being happy for the reason and indications of your happiness to linger indefinitely. =)

No, because you need family and friends 2
share experiences with, material things are
no sense of comfort if you don't have people
2 share it with. Happy thereafter has more
substance 2 it if it has depth. Making people
happy and comfortable because they have
what they need and maybe a few desires
makes a person content and satisfied.
Material things alone will not fulfill you,
you need more! (emotions, goals, acheivements,
the human touch)

If you possessed all the desirable things in this world...sooner or later you'd have the want of wanting something to want...however, with the time it would take to experience and then tire of that many things would take awhile and by that time, you may not care.

Happiness comes from within. Money or material wealth, although nice, does not guarantee happiness. We all supposedly have a base line level of happiness and that's pretty much what you'll have unless you place your focus on the things not of this world.

it is the nature which increases the desire, and there is no saturation until you would not develop the spiritual desires. material desires are negaive while spiritual desires are positive when they intersect each other , a saturation point will be achieved.

Yes, once you have everything you could ever want your happiness never leaves you, so strive for that. But make sure you know what it is you truly want. Be careful what you wish for it might come true.
