I use to laugh more than I do now

As we become adults, with adult responsibilites and worries, we tend to let them become our focus---and in a sense, we forget to nurture that happier, more carefree side of ourselves. But remember this---the potential is always there, so you have to find it, dust it off, and start using it again! When you catch yourself frowning---SMILE! When you feel like troubles are overwhelming you---back off and take a few deep breaths, look at the situation again---find a positive side. Relax and "learn" to laugh more. There ARE situations in life that you can't find a positive side to---this is true. But I think that we tend to take the vast majority of our daily troubles and worries far too seriously.

I know what you mean.
I guess we become consumed with adult things (decisions, work, children, adult life in general) that we forget to laugh. We forget the "fun" things. Too many adult things and decisions to make.
