Well no...because you see, its like this, you may gain some new knowledge, and then because of this knowledge you are now wiser, however its all about what you do with this knowledge that really judges your innocence, because you can either choose to simply gather knowledge, be smarter for it and do good things with it, or you could choose to bad things with it...and its then that you lose your innocence, and only then, because there is a big difference between real innocence and naivety. So you could say that whenever knowledge is gained a little piece of your naivety is lost cuz you now simply know better, however your innocence is something else...innocence is usually something that is never really completely lost..it just...gets tainted as time goes by cuz you eventually grow up and learn what the world is really like...so you wont ever see things the way you used to as a child but your innocence is never really all gone...in my opinion at least...

Hope this helps. :)

It depends on what knowledge is being gained. Some knowledge is a wonderment that is enjoyed more because of our innocence.

Yes, innocence is lost whenever knowledge is gained, but benevolence is also earned.

I thought innocence was meant to be lost. Knowledge is better.

Yes, BUT...innocence can also be regained through knowledge; that's what I've gained in the past few months anyway...I got ME back, and I love that.....

it depends on the knowledge gained and by whom.

e.g. a 10 year old boy searching porn sites, in my opinion has lost his innocents.
