I think JaMarcus Russell, QB from LSU will be picked first because it would just be hard to pass up an opportunity to draft a guy of so much potential. Of all the QBs being hyped in the upcoming draft, I really believe JaMarcus Russell has the most potential in the NFL. He has the size and arm strength that most NFL coaches want to see. The only reason I don't think Brady Quinn will be taken over Russell is because Quinn lacks the overall strength that Russell possesses.
Calvin Johnson probably won't be considered as a first overall pick option unless a team with WR needs trades up to the #1 spot. As of now, the Raiders do not need any more WRs as they already have fairly talented receivers. More than anything, Oakland needs a QB who can deliver good, catchable passes to their WRs.

I would not be surprised if they trade out of the first pick seeing they need ALOT of help on offence. They could move down the draft and pick up another early second round pick to get more tools for there offence. But if they don't trade down i believe they are set to take JaMarcus Russell out of LSU.
