the mass of nitrogen in urea is equal to 2*14= 28

So in pure urea ,the fraction of nitrogen would be 28/60 =0.4467= 46.67%

As you find only 42.5 % your purity is

42.5/46.67 =0.911= 91.1%

We can easily see....% of nitrogen in pure urea is...100*(28/60)=46.666667 %....but purity in the sample is 42.5 %...
therefore...by simple proportions...purity of given sample is...(100*42.5)/46.66667= 91.071 %
