click on view from the tool bar from your browser and then click on text size and then choose small size
or
Right-click on a blank area of your Windows desktop (in other words, not on an icon) and select Properties from the context menu that appears. Or go to Control Panel, Display.
In the Display Properties screen, click on the tab that says Settings. Look at the Font Size box in the lower half of the screen. [You may also need to click an "Advanced" button] By default, Windows is set to Small Fonts, which use 96 pixels per inch to draw themselves. If your fonts generally look too small to you, change it to Large Fonts, which use 120 pixels per inch to display. Large Fonts are at 125% of the normal font size. You may have to restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > Display dpi setting.

Seems like your screen resoultion is set too low.
To change the screen resolution:
1.- Go to your desktop.
2.- Right click in a free space.
3.- In the context menu select "Properties" (That will make a window named properties appear)
4.- Go to the display tab. (In the tab should be an image of a monitor).
5.- Move the slider that is in the lower side of the image and a represetation of the windows ratio will appear inside.
6.- Choose the resolution you feel is better suited for you.
7.- Click "Apply" and the window will be in grayscale and a box will say "Wait" or so, and it's done.
:)
I usually use 1024 x 768 so I have performance between what I see clearly an how I can interct with the windows.
:P
I hope this is the fix xP

Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties. Then, click on the Settings Tab.
In the Screen Resolution pane, move the slider to 1024 X 768 and click OK.

change the resolution of your screen, and also change the settings to show small icons....just go to the control panel and select the display settings and go through each tab to change various settings until you have the desired effect.
As a side note, since its 2007 and there have been 6 os upgrades since windows 98, it may be time to upgrade, besides 98 is not supported anywhere anymore and its so incredibly unstable, its possible that you may have to keep chaning the resolution and settings everytime you restart the computer.

If you want every font to be just the way you want it, it'll take a good hour or two. Including what these other people have told you, you need to adjust the font sizes in your email program, web browser, and any other app you use. Then you'll find the changes you made in Windows changes the changes you made in Outlook, and then you're back to square 1. Good luck.
