anoyying doesn't mean anything. It is not a word. The word you are looking for is annoying, which means bothersome, or troubling. If you were having trouble finding this word in a dictionary, it is because you were looking in the wrong place, thouh ann and ano should be rather close together alphabetically. Sometimes looking up words can be annoying.

Annoying means pesky or irritating. If a person is annoying, they don't bother you enough to make you mad, they just irritate, you a bit. When you are at a picnic trying to eat you lunch and flys keep buzing you, then leaving, it is annoying.
A younger brother who keeps running through the room when you are talking with your friends can be annoying.
