the importance of catalysis in our daily life (not in industry or its role as green chemistry.....) just in our daily life i dont knew what should i write about?????

Enzymes - proteins that catalyse chemical reactions. Enzymes are really important for life to exist. Break down of organic matter by bacteria happens with the aid of enzymes. Glycolysis - break down of glucose to CO2 happens with the help of enzymes. Almost all process in biological reactions need this biocatalyst to proceed.
